唐吉田律師失蹤逾月 在日女兒身體狀況令人擔心
人權律師唐吉田律師自2023年11月4日再次失聯，再次失蹤的情況令人擔心，除了他身體狀況過去因為肺結核令身體虛弱，他幾年來一直沒法赴日本探望昏迷的女兒琪琪。唐律師面對的困境正是很多在中國的人權捍衛者面對的情況，不單是本人失去人身自由，連和家人見面的機會也被剝奪。
唐律師是其中一位最早因人權工作而被吊銷執照的律師，他於2010年便因參與辯護法輪功的案件而被打壓，因為不滿法庭安排憤而退庭而最終被迫停止律師執業的工作。在2011年的「茉莉花運動」的行動期間，被北京警方黑頭套綁架，期間被剝奪睡眠、長時間吹空調冷風等虐待，在約一個月後被放回延吉市後，體重下降了三十餘斤，並患上肺結核。
其後，於2013年，與其他人權律師到黑龍江雞西市調查法輪功學員被送去「洗腦班」被拘禁的情況，唐律師被國保拘禁五天。2017年，唐律師計劃到香港求醫，在深圳羅湖海關以「可能危害國家安全」為由被拒出境。2021年，唐律師欲前往日本探望肺結核病重的女兒，但再被拒出境。2021年底，唐律師在前往歐盟舉辦的國際人權日活動，但途中被失蹤，直至六個月後，傳出消息他被國保軟禁在吉林老家。
如今，唐律師再次在2023年11月4日失聯，至今沒有他的消息，令人擔心他的安危。聯署此聲明的團體呼籲中國政府：
- 立即交代唐吉田律師現在的下落，，如果他被拘留，要求立即無條釋放他。
- 以人道主義立場，盡快讓唐律師出境到日本探望病重的女兒，讓他與女兒團聚。

中国の人権派弁護士・唐吉田氏の所在を確認し、拘束されているのであれば釈放し、日本在住で重病の娘との面会のための出国を許すよう、ようせいします。
中国の人権派の元弁護士・唐吉田氏が2023年11月4日から再び行方不明になっています。彼は以前、結核を患ったことがあり、最近も体調を悪くしていました。彼の娘の唐正琪さんは日本に在住していますが重病で昏睡状態にあります。唐氏と彼女は、数年間面会できていません。唐氏の状況は、個人の自由だけでなく、家族と会う機会をも奪われている中国の多くの人権擁護者の苦境を表しています。
唐吉田氏は人権擁護活動を理由に弁護士資格を取消された最初の弁護士の一人です。唐氏は2010年には法輪功を擁護する裁判に関与したことで弾圧を受けました。最終的に彼は、裁判の進行に不満を抱いて退廷し、その後、弁護士の資格を停止させられました。2011年の「中国ジャスミン革命」では、北京警察に黒い頭巾をかぶせられて拉致され、睡眠時間を奪われ長時間の冷房にさらされるという虐待を受けました。約1カ月後に延吉市で釈放された時には、体重が15キロ以上減り、結核を患っていました。
2013年、唐吉田氏と他の人権弁護士たちは、法輪功学習者がいわゆる「洗脳班」に拘束されていることを調査するため、黒竜江省雞西市に行き、唐氏は国家安全局に5日間拘束されました。2017年、唐氏は治療を受けるため香港に行こうとし、その途中の深圳の羅湖入管「国家の安全を脅かす恐れがある」という理由で出国を拒否されました。さらに2021年、唐氏は結核で重病になった娘を見舞うため日本に行こうとしましたが、再び出国を拒否されました。2021年末、唐氏は北京で欧州連合（EU）が主催する国際人権デー活動へ参加しようと移動している間に消息を絶ち、半年後、故郷の吉林省で国内安全保衛隊に軟禁されているとのニュースが流れました。
そして、2023年11月4日に唐氏は再度行方不明となり、いまだに消息不明です。
私たちは中華人民共和国政府に対し、次のことを強く求めます：
1、唐吉田氏の現在の状況を開示し、もし拘束されているのなら、即時かつ無条件で釈放すること。
2、日本にいる重病の娘と再会できるように、人道的見地から唐弁護士の早急な出国を許可すること。

Month-Long Disappearance of Lawyer Tang Jitian
Concern Over Well-Being of Tang’s Daughter in Japan
The prolonged disappearance of Chinese human rights lawyer Tang Jitian since 4 November 2023 is a cause for concern, especially considering his weakened physical condition due to previous lung tuberculosis. For years, he has been unable to visit his comatose daughter, Qiqi, in Japan. Tang's plight mirrors that of many human rights defenders in China, where not only do they lose personal freedom, but also the chance to reunite with their families.
Tang was among the first lawyers to have his license revoked in China due to human rights work. In 2010, Tang faced suppression for defending a Falun Gong case. Dissatisfied with court arrangements, he withdrew from the proceedings and was eventually forced to cease his legal practice. During the 2011 Jasmine Revolution, he was abducted in a black hood by Beijing police and subjected to sleep deprivation and prolonged exposure to cold air conditioning. After being released in Yanji City about a month later, he had lost over 30 kilograms and developed lung tuberculosis.
In 2013, Tang and other human rights lawyers were detained by National Security Agents for investigating the detention of Falun Gong practitioners through brainwashing classes in Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. In 2017, he was denied departure from Shenzhen to Hong Kong to seek medical treatment, citing "possible harm to national security." In 2021, his attempt to visit Japan to see his critically ill daughter was also denied. Towards the end of 2021, Tang went missing while en route to the European Union's International Human Rights Day event. Six months later, reports surfaced that he was placed under house arrest by National Security Agents in his hometown of Jilin.
Since his disappearance on November 4, 2023, there has been no information about Tang's whereabouts, raising concerns about his safety. The undersigned organizations urge the Chinese government to:
· Immediately disclose Tang Jitian's current status, and if he is detained, unconditionally release him.
· Allow Tang to leave for Japan on humanitarian grounds to visit his critically ill daughter and reunite with her.
